We had planned a new “home workshop” for a few years but never got around to getting it started. With planning permission about to lapse we contacted Dunked Builders to see if they could squeeze us in to get started. Not only were they true to their word, but they then worked hard and professionally over the winter during the build process, taking care to work with other third parties to ensure consistency and quality. They use additional local trades where necessary and they were very willing to discuss options and issues with us. COVID-19 delayed completion of the work but Kevin kept in touch with us over the summer and we now have our completion certificate from PKC.
We would have no hesitation to use them again, or to recommend them to friends, family and neighbours.
2020

Dunkeld Builders created our new touring pitches for the 2020 season. Each pitch is hardstanding with dedicated water, power and drainage. Nothing was too challenging for them and we are delighted with the results.

My wife and I were delighted with the work undertaken by Dunkeld Builders on the Patios at our Cottage overlooking Loch Tay. Ricky did a great job in following the natural contours of the ground for our steps and made changes to the work as it progressed which resulted in an even better outcome than we had anticipated. We used Dunkeld Builders as the “builders” for the substantial renovation project at our cottage last year. They were responsible for all down takings, excavation, laying new foundations, substructure and superstructure building work on the two new extensions, some core drainage , laying a new stone patio, repointing all old stonework, render on new and old extensions and internal building work within the two new extensions and elsewhere.
We would highly recommend them. Kevin Drysdale and his team led by some first rate “journeymen” did an excellent job. Although we were helped by good weather all the wide ranging jobs were completed on time and any small snagging jobs were attended to promptly and efficiently. Overall we considered them excellent “value”.
Kevin Drysdale personally took time to address and help oversee all the works and was always on hand to address any issues.
On top of this Kevin and all his team were a delight to have on site going out of their way often beyond the task in hand to be of help. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them on what we felt was a very successful renovation project.
